If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
How to request: Email schotborgh@mail.grokbot.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. In most cases you will not need to send the item back.
Not covered: normal wear, or damage from chewing or unsupervised play. Enrichment toys are not chew toys.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days after approval.
